Thanks to the private garden, a real rarity in the historic center, the excellent location and a thorough renovation, Yourbanflat Appiani is a fantastic base for experiencing Padua as a tourist for a few days, but it is also suitable for longer stays for its complete comfort.

In 300m you have Prato della Valle, the biggest square in Italy, with its 78 statues of famous characters and it also hosts the Saturday Market with more than 140 stands and the daily market with fresh fruit and vegetables. From here you can reach on foot and in a few minutes all the main attractions of the city, from the Botanical Gardens (700m), the oldest academic vegetable garden of the world founded in 1545 and Unesco heritage to the Basilica of Sant’Antonio (1km), to end up at the pedestrian promenade leading up to the Squares (1.4km). You can stop to have breakfast at Caffè DIEMME, which produces coffee from 1927, have a typical aperitif under the magical Palazzo della Ragione with a glass of wine and appetizers and have lunch or dinner with view on Prato della Valle at Fuel restaurant or at Box Caffè or you can try the historical Pizzeria Orsucci, founded in 1922 (few steps far).

The closest supermarkets are the brend new Despar Prato della Valle (500m) or Pam (450m).
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport, since the Diaz tram stop is just 50m away; for those arriving by car, there is paid parking at the Piazza Rabin park, 250m away.
